These grey XPE roll out mats are manufactured using cross-linked polyethylene foam, commonly known as XPE foam. Produced through a specialist high-pressure and heat process, XPE foam offers superior performance compared to many traditional EVA foam mats.

One of the key advantages of XPE flooring is that it is manufactured in long continuous sheets using a sheet extrusion process. The foam is stretched over metal rollers to create a seamless rollout mat that can be produced in multiple lengths, including 3m, 6m, 9m and 12m rollout mats.
